We had a fantastic family trip! The location was perfect, just a short drive from the WonderWorks and the Titanic Museum, which both the kids and I loved. We enjoyed the indoor pool, making it a great way to wind down after our adventures.

My kids wished the arcade had better functioning games. It became frustrating when several machines ate their tokens, leading to a loss of playtime.

Had a fantastic time with friends here! We explored WonderWorks and the Titanic Museum, both just down the road. The pool was perfect for relaxing after our daily adventures. We enjoyed a fun night playing pool and catching a show at the Biblical Times Theater, which included an awesome dinner. Just a great spot to have an unforgettable vacation.

However, I did notice that housekeeping seemed a bit unreliable. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, which was a bummer. Had to ask for clean towels myself.

The pool area featured a fun slide that my child loved, making it a hit for families. However, the room was dated and not very clean, with an unpleasant odor and a bathtub drain that looked neglected. Despite having friendly staff, our concerns about pool cleanliness were not handled discreetly, which added to our discomfort during our stay.

The hotel currently undergoing renovations led to some disruption, particularly with the elevators and lobby area being updated. The indoor pool lacked heating, which could deter guests looking for a more pleasant swimming experience. I also noticed noise levels through connecting doors in the rooms, which might not suit those seeking a quiet retreat. An unpleasant smell lingered in parts of the hallway, and the carpets in the guest areas showed signs of wear and tear.

I had a wonderful stay, casually walking over to the nearby Titanic Museum and enjoying a meal at the delicious Cracker Barrel just steps away, which made my weekend explorations so much more enjoyable. plus, the queen room with a fireplace was cozy and perfect for a solo traveler like myself while I appreciated the clean amenities and well-maintained pool available.
